Ordering & quantities

What’s the minimum order?
Our minimum order is 100 wafers.
Do you offer small packs?
Yes — ideal for events or testing:
  • 100 – £20
  • 140 – £24.95
  • 200 – £34.95
  • 280 – £39.99
Do you offer larger quantities / wholesale?
Yes. If you need higher volumes (ice cream shops, vans, catering, repeat orders), message us with your quantity and delivery postcode and we’ll quote properly.
Can I order samples?
We offer sample packs on our website. We don’t send one-off free samples by request.

Artwork & printing

What file should I upload?
Best: PNG (transparent background), PDF (vector), or high-resolution JPG. If it looks blurry on your screen, it will usually print blurry too.
Can you remove backgrounds / tidy my logo?
Yes — we can help with basic adjustments (background removal, small clean-up). If your logo is very low-quality, we may recommend a redraw.
Will my logo print big?
Keep in mind the wafer is only 6cm, so tiny text can be hard to read. Bold, clean logos and thicker fonts print best.

Double-sided printing

Do you offer double-sided wafers?
Yes, but with a limitation:
  • One side: your logo/design
  • Other side: QR code (promo link / website / “follow us” etc.)
Can you print two different logos perfectly aligned (one each side)?
No — two logos aligned in the exact same position on both sides isn’t possible due to how wafers feed and print.

Lead times & delivery

How long does production take?
Standard production is typically around 5 working days, depending on workload and order size.
What delivery options do you offer?
  • Economy: £7.95 (10–14 working days)
  • Standard: £12 (7–10 working days)
  • Premium Express: £38 (24 hours) — available for orders up to 2000 wafers.
    Cut-off time: 2PM (orders placed after 2PM will be processed the next working day).
Do you offer free delivery?
Yes — free delivery is available on orders over 20,000 wafers.
When does the delivery countdown start?
From the time your order is paid and artwork is confirmed (if we need to check anything).

Storage & expiry

What is the shelf life / expiry date?
Smaller packs are usually around 12 months from purchase, and our logo wafers are always 12+ months shelf life.

Our current freshly baked stock has the best before date 31.12.2027 — and we always update this alongside fresh deliveries from the factory. We source our wafers directly from the factory for the best freshness and taste.
How should I store the wafers?
Store in a cool, dry place, away from sunlight and heat. Most customers keep them in an airtight container to protect from humidity.
Do I need to refrigerate them?
No — refrigeration can create condensation and moisture. Room temperature in a dry place is best.

Changes & refunds

Do you start printing before payment?
No — we only start production after payment. This protects us from abandoned custom orders.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If we haven’t started printing, changes are usually possible. Custom orders can only be cancelled before production starts.
Do you offer refunds?
If there’s a production issue caused by us, we’ll put it right (reprint/refund depending on the case). Please contact us with photos.
