Frequently asked questions.

Clear information about ordering, artwork, printing, delivery, storage and personalised wafer products.

Ordering and quantities

Information about minimum order value, quantities, samples and larger-volume orders.

What is the minimum order value?

The minimum order value is £20. Choose the quantity you need and the price will be calculated automatically, subject to the minimum order charge.

Can I choose my own quantity?

Yes. Enter the quantity required on the product page and the price will be calculated automatically.

This makes it easier to order the correct number of wafers without purchasing a fixed pack size.

Do you offer larger quantities or wholesale orders?

Yes. We supply larger orders for ice cream shops, dessert businesses, caterers, events and repeat commercial customers.

Contact us with the required quantity and delivery postcode so we can provide the appropriate price.

Can I order a sample pack?

Sample packs can be ordered through our website. We do not provide individual free samples on request.

When will you start processing my order?

Production begins after the order has been placed and payment has been completed.

Artwork and printing

How to upload your design and prepare artwork for the clearest possible printed result.

What file type should I upload?

Upload your artwork directly on the product page. We accept PNG, JPG and PDF files.

For the best result, use the clearest and highest-resolution version available.

Can you remove the background from my artwork?

We can usually assist with basic artwork preparation, including simple background removal and minor clean-up.

Artwork that is extremely small, blurred or heavily pixelated may require a higher-quality replacement.

How large will my logo appear on the wafer?

The design is sized to fit the printable area of the wafer while preserving the original proportions of your artwork.

Bold logos, clear lettering and simple designs generally produce the strongest result. Very small text may be difficult to read once printed.

Do you print with white ink?

No. White areas within your design will show the natural colour of the wafer rather than being printed with white ink.

Do you offer double-sided printing?

Double-sided printing is not currently available. Designs are printed on one side of the wafer only.

Delivery and lead times

Choose from tracked UK delivery options based on how quickly your order is required.

What delivery options are available?

Our main UK options are approximately 7 working days for Economy and 5 working days for Standard.

A 24-hour service is also available for qualifying orders of up to 2,000 wafers.

How does the 24-hour service work?

The 24-hour option is available for qualifying orders of up to 2,000 wafers placed before the 2 PM cut-off.

Orders placed after the cut-off will begin processing on the following working day.

Are orders sent with tracking?

Yes. UK orders are sent using a tracked delivery service. Tracking information is provided once the order has been dispatched.

Do you offer free delivery?

Free UK delivery is available on qualifying orders of more than 20,000 wafers.

When does the delivery timescale begin?

The timescale begins once payment has been completed and we have all artwork or order information required to process the order.

Storage and shelf life

How to keep your wafers fresh, dry and protected before use.

What is the shelf life of the wafers?

Personalised wafers generally have approximately 12 months of shelf life. Logo wafers normally have 12 months or longer.

Our current freshly baked stock has a best-before date of 31 December 2027.

How should I store the wafers?

Store the wafers in a cool, dry place, away from heat, direct sunlight, humidity and strong odours.

Keep the inner packaging sealed and place wafers required for daily use in a suitable airtight container.

Should the wafers be refrigerated?

No. Refrigeration can introduce condensation and moisture. Store them at room temperature in a dry environment.

Changes and refunds

What happens when an order needs to be changed, cancelled or reported after delivery.

Can I change my order after placing it?

Contact us as quickly as possible. Changes may be possible if production has not yet started.

Once a personalised order has entered production, changes may no longer be possible.

Can I cancel a personalised order?

A personalised order can normally only be cancelled before production has started.

What should I do if there is a problem with my order?

Contact us with your order details and clear photographs showing the issue.

Where a confirmed production error has been caused by us, we will review the appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.
