Q: How can I place an order?
You can order directly on our website. Just upload your artwork during checkout. Alternatively, if we’ve been in touch by email, we can send you an invoice so you can pay by bank transfer.
Q: Do you offer mockups before I place an order?
We only provide previews after an order is placed, so we can prioritise confirmed jobs.
Q: What format should I send my artwork in?
Please send your design in high-resolution PNG, PDF, or vector format. A transparent background works best.

Q: How much do the wafers cost?
For Wedding and Event Wafers:
- £20 for the first 100 wafers
- £0.18 for each additional wafer
Example:
- 300 wafers = £56
- 400 wafers = £74
For Logo/Business Wafers:
These are priced by the 1000 — ideal for branding, ice cream shops, and hospitality venues.
- £77.50 per 1000 wafers (rounded up to the nearest 1000)
Example:
- 1000 wafers = £77.50
- 3000 wafers = £232.50
🚚 Delivery
Q: What are your delivery options and prices?
- Economy (10–14 working days): £7.95
- Standard (7–10 working days): £12
- Premium Express (48 hours): £38 (up to 1000 wafers)
Q: Can I get delivery by a specific date?
Yes — just let us know your deadline and we’ll recommend the best delivery method to meet it.
Q: Do you deliver to Ireland or outside the UK?
Unfortunately, no. We don’t currently deliver to Ireland or internationally due to ongoing customs issues.

Q: How long do the wafers last?
They remain fresh for several months when stored in a cool, dry place.
Q: Can I choose full colour or single colour printing?
Yes, we can print in either. Just let us know your preference — both options look great!
Q: Will my colours show up clearly on the wafer?
Yes — we optimise every design to ensure the colours are as clear and vibrant as possible.
